Where a shop offers one, you pay an advance and receive a larger balance of that shop's services, which comes off your bills until it runs out or its validity ends. Packs are per shop — the price, the value and the validity are all the shop's call.

What is WashlyIndia?
WashlyIndia is a technology platform for laundry. It helps you find laundry and dry-cleaning shops near you, compare the services and prices each shop publishes, send a pickup request, and track your orders, receipts and dues in one account. The cleaning is done by independent local shops — WashlyIndia does not own or operate them.
Does WashlyIndia wash my clothes?
No. The shop you choose does the cleaning, with its own staff, premises and process. WashlyIndia provides the software that lets you find that shop, send it a request and follow the order.
How do I find laundry shops near me?
Create a free account and open the shop directory. Search from your location and the directory lists the shops whose own service radius covers that point, nearest first, with the distance to each. A shop that is out of range can still be found by name, marked as not delivering to you.
Who sets the prices I see?
Each shop does. It publishes its own services and a rate per item, and that is the rate used when you build a pickup request. WashlyIndia neither sets prices nor adds a fee to your bill.
Is a pickup request the same as a confirmed booking?
No. A request tells the shop what you would like cleaned, roughly when and where. The shop reviews it and either accepts — which creates a priced order you can track — or declines with a reason. Until then nothing is confirmed and nothing is billed.
Does it cost anything to use WashlyIndia?
No. Creating an account, browsing shops, sending requests and tracking orders are free for customers. You pay the shop for the laundry itself, at the shop's own rates.
Can I use WashlyIndia at more than one shop?
Yes. One account works across every shop you link to it, and your orders, receipts and dues stay grouped per shop while remaining visible in one place.
