Should I contact WashlyIndia or the laundry shop?
Contact the shop for anything about a specific order — the cleaning, the collection, the price, the turnaround, a damaged or missing item, or a bill you disagree with. It did the work and it is the party you dealt with. Contact WashlyIndia at support@washlyindia.in for anything about the app, your account, sign-in, notifications or something the platform is displaying incorrectly.
How do I reach the shop that has my order?
Open the shop from your account. Its page carries the phone number and address it published, and directions to it. The order page also names the shop it belongs to.
How quickly will WashlyIndia reply?
Support is staffed Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm IST, and closed on public holidays. Emails sent outside those hours are picked up on the next working day.
Does this form send my message straight to WashlyIndia?
It opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app addressed to our support inbox — you press send, and you keep a copy in your sent items. If your device has no mail app configured, write to us directly at the address above.
Can WashlyIndia change a price or cancel an order for me?
No. Prices and orders belong to the shop, so only the shop can amend, cancel or refund one. We can help with anything on the platform side — an account you cannot get into, a notification that did not arrive, a page that is not loading.
I want to list my laundry shop on WashlyIndia. Where do I start?
On the WashlyIndia business site, linked as "For Businesses" in the header and footer. It covers the counter software, the plans and how a shop signs up — this contact page is for customer and platform queries.
