Every price here belongs to a shop
WashlyIndia does not publish a national price list, run promotions on a shop's behalf or take a cut of what you pay. Each shop enters its own services and a rate per item — "shirt, ₹40 per piece" — and that is the rate shown when you build a pickup request with that shop. Two shops a kilometre apart can and often do charge differently, which is exactly why comparing them is worth the two minutes.

Does WashlyIndia clean the clothes itself?
No. Every service on this page is performed by the independent laundry or dry-cleaning shop you choose, on its own premises and with its own process. WashlyIndia provides the platform that lets you find that shop, see what it offers, send a request and track the order.
How much does wash and fold or dry cleaning cost?
There is no single answer, because each shop sets its own rates. Open a shop on WashlyIndia and you will see its price for each item under each service — for example a per-piece rate for shirts and a per-garment rate for a blazer. Compare two shops on the same item to see the real difference.
How do I know a shop offers the specific service I need?
Its page lists only the services that shop has actually set up, with the priced items under each. If a service is not listed, that shop does not offer it — look for another shop in your area rather than sending the item and hoping.
Can I send an item that is not on the shop's price list?
Yes. If the shop has not priced a particular item you can describe it in free text on the request, and the shop puts a price on it when it accepts. You just will not see an estimate for that line beforehand.
Is there a quality guarantee on these services?
Not from WashlyIndia. Each shop is responsible for its own standards, turnaround and outcomes, so a guarantee — if there is one — comes from the shop. The platform does not inspect, rate or certify the work, which is why it shows you what a shop offers rather than telling you which shop is best.
What if a garment is damaged or lost?
Raise it with the shop, which did the work and is the party you contracted with. Its phone number is on its page in the app. It is worth asking a new shop how it handles damage and loss before you become a regular.
Do shops offer express or same-day service?
Many do, at an extra charge they set themselves. You can flag a pickup request as express, and the shop confirms both the speed and the surcharge when it accepts. Whether same-day is possible depends entirely on the shop.
