WashlyIndia is a technology platform. It helps customers find laundry and dry-cleaning shops near them, compare what each shop publishes, send pickup requests and track their orders — and it gives those shops the software to run their counter. The laundry itself is done by independent local businesses.
The problem
Good local laundries are everywhere, and almost none of them are easy to deal with. Prices live in the owner's head, "ready by Thursday" is a verbal promise, and the record of what you handed over is a paper slip. Customers have no way to compare two shops, and shops have no way to show what they are worth.
What we built
Two halves of one system. Shops get software for the counter — orders, customers, payments and dues, inventory, GST reports, on web and mobile. Customers get a directory of the shops that cover their address, each shop's published prices, a way to send a pickup request, and order tracking with itemised bills.
Where we stand
WashlyIndia is built and operated by Artcode Pvt Ltd. We are a software company: we are paid by shops for the system they subscribe to, not by customers and not as a commission on your laundry bill. That is why we can publish what a shop charges without having an interest in the number.

Say what a shop charges
Prices come from the shop, per item, published before you send anything. No platform mark-up and no "from ₹X" vagueness.
Claim only what we do
We build software. We do not clean garments, run riders or guarantee a shop's work, and we do not write marketing that implies otherwise.

Who runs WashlyIndia?
WashlyIndia is built and operated by Artcode Pvt Ltd, a software company. It is a technology product, not a laundry chain, and it does not own, franchise or operate any of the shops listed on it.
How does WashlyIndia make money?
Laundry shops subscribe to the business software they use to run their counter. Customers are not charged, and there is no commission taken from your laundry bill — what you pay is the shop's own price for the work.
Are the shops on WashlyIndia franchises or branches?
Neither. Each shop is an independently owned business trading under its own name. It uses WashlyIndia's software and appears in the customer directory, and that is the whole of the relationship.
Does WashlyIndia inspect or rate the shops?
No. There is no rating, review or certification system on the platform, and shops cannot pay for placement in the directory. Results are ordered by distance from where you search, and what a shop offers and charges is published for you to judge.
Which cities does WashlyIndia cover?
Coverage follows the shops rather than a fixed city list: each shop sets a service radius around its own location, and you see the shops whose radius reaches your address. The directory will tell you plainly if no shop currently covers your area.
