Pay once, wash for more.
Some shops on WashlyIndia sell prepaid packs: pay an advance and receive a larger balance of that shop's services, which comes off your bills automatically. The shop sets the price, the value and how long it lasts — WashlyIndia tracks the balance for you.
What a pack actually gives you
Worth it if your normal volume will use the balance inside the validity window — and not otherwise.
More value than you pay
A pack trades an advance for a larger balance of that shop's services — pay ₹3,000, receive ₹5,000 of service value, as an illustration.
A balance, not a coupon
The value sits as a balance at that shop and comes off each bill until it runs out. There is no code to remember and no minimum order.
Applied for you
The shop deducts from your balance as it prices the order, so you do not have to ask for it at the counter.
A clear validity window
Each pack runs for a set number of days chosen by the shop, and your membership page always shows the days remaining.
Every deduction listed
Your balance history shows each order that drew on the pack, the amount taken and the balance left after it.
Per shop, not per platform
A pack belongs to the shop that sold it. If you use two shops regularly, that is two separate packs.
Every pack is set by its shop
What a pack costs, how much service value it carries and how long it lasts are all the shop's decisions. The numbers below are an illustration, not an offer.
Example pack
- ₹5,000 of that shop's services
- ₹2,000 more than the advance paid
- Valid for 30 days from activation
- Deducted automatically as the shop bills

Prepay, then spend
Because packs are shop-specific, you buy one at each shop where you want the extra value.
Find a shop that sells one
Open a shop you use and check its plans page. Not every shop offers packs.
Pay the advance
Pay the shop once. Your service balance at that shop is loaded when the shop records the advance.
Spend it order by order
The shop draws on the balance as it bills each order, until the value runs out or the validity ends.
Drawing on a pack reduces what a bill comes to — it is not a second payment. That is why an order fully covered by a balance shows as paid with nothing left to collect. More in Understanding your laundry bill.
Questions about prepaid packs
Packs are a shop product with shop-set numbers. These are the things worth checking first.
Is a WashlyIndia membership valid at every shop?
No. Packs are sold by individual shops and the balance can only be spent at the shop that sold it. If you use two shops regularly and want the extra value at both, that is two separate packs.
Who decides the price, the value and the validity?
The shop does, for all three. What you pay, how much service value you receive and how many days the pack runs for are set by the shop when it creates the pack. WashlyIndia does not set or subsidise any of it.
Does WashlyIndia charge me for a membership?
No. Using WashlyIndia is free for customers. A pack is money you pay to the shop for its services in advance; nothing goes to the platform.
What happens to value I do not use before the validity ends?
It expires. Unused service value is not refunded and is not carried into a new pack, so it is worth checking the days remaining on your membership page and buying a size you will realistically use.
Where do I see my balance?
On your membership page for that shop: the balance left, the exact expiry date, and a history showing every order that drew on the pack with the balance after each one. Individual orders also show the amount taken from the balance.
Does the balance cover GST and express charges too?
The balance is applied to the order before GST is calculated, so it reduces the taxable amount. Whether an express surcharge is charged, and at what rate, is the shop's decision — it is added on the same order, and any remaining total is what you pay.
Can I get a refund on a pack I have bought?
That is between you and the shop, since the shop holds the advance and provides the services. Ask the shop about its refund position before you buy, particularly for a larger pack.
Does buying a pack change the quality or speed of my orders?
Only if the shop says it does. A pack is a payment arrangement, not a service tier — WashlyIndia does not attach priority, express upgrades or a quality promise to it. Any perk beyond the balance is something the individual shop chooses to offer.
