Shops that actually cover your address
Every shop sets its own service radius. Search from where you are and the directory shows only the shops whose radius reaches you, nearest first, with the distance to each.
Published prices, item by item
Each shop publishes its own services and a rate per item. You compare real numbers between shops before you send anything, instead of asking at the counter.
Requests, not guesswork
Build a pickup request from the shop's own price list — service, item, quantity — add your address and a preferred time, and the shop replies with an accept or a reason for declining.
Order status you can check any time
Received, in process, ready, partially delivered, delivered. The shop moves the order as the work happens and you see the change, so nobody has to phone to ask.
Itemised bills that add up
Line items and rates, express surcharge if you asked for it, membership balance applied, GST where the shop charges it, and a total. Receipts are recorded, never quietly edited.
Dues in one place
Anything still outstanding is gathered across every shop you use, so a small balance at a shop you visit rarely does not go missing.
One account, many shops
Use a different shop for dry cleaning than for bedding and keep one login, one address book and one history — organised per shop.
Told when something changes

Shops on WashlyIndia are not franchises and do not trade under our name. They run their own counter, set their own prices and keep their own customers — WashlyIndia is the system they use to do it, and the channel through which you reach them.

What exactly is WashlyIndia?
A technology platform for laundry. It helps you find laundry and dry-cleaning shops near you, compare the services and prices each shop publishes, send a pickup request to a shop, and track your orders, receipts and dues in one account. The cleaning is done by independent local shops — WashlyIndia does not own or operate them.
Does it cost anything to use?
No. Creating an account, browsing shops, sending pickup requests and tracking orders are free for customers. You pay the shop for the work, at the shop's own published rates, with no platform fee added to your bill.
Why would I use WashlyIndia instead of just calling a shop?
Because a phone call gives you one shop and no record. Here you can see which shops actually cover your address, compare what each charges per item, send a request built from a real price list, and keep the order, the itemised bill and anything still due in one place afterwards.
Does WashlyIndia guarantee the quality of the cleaning?
No, and it would be misleading to say otherwise. Each shop is an independent business responsible for its own standards, turnaround and outcomes. The platform makes what a shop offers and charges visible; it does not inspect, rate or certify the work.
Can I use several shops with one account?
Yes. One account links to as many shops as you like. Each shop only sees the customers who have used it and the orders placed with it — your activity at one shop is not shared with another.
What if I want to stop using a shop?
Simply stop sending it requests. You can also un-favourite it so it drops down your shop switcher, which keeps your past orders and receipts with that shop intact and readable.
